Since we will MCO till the 16th of June so my sister decided to make an online shop..So to cut cost we were a model for her shop :D That funny but I feel good and happy because I can help my sister :)

DEPRESSION

Google, the meaning of Depression: Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act.

Today i was accompanied my friends to stay up at one hotel somewhere at PJ, because we have no way to stay up together. Hurmmm...on MCO time is not easy to go anywhere and we also scared to go because all place is high risk. So I just decided to book one room to stay up, we just stay together and shared the problem. She is depressed with her life and the symptom is she can't sleep at night and get shaking a whole body, always think bad. I really scared if she do something wrong. This is the first time I just handle these cases, We just talk together and watching a movie, I just try to make her forget all about the nightmare. In Sya Allah...I hope she will ok soon. I try to make her more confident with herself since her family at Pahang so she just stays with her sister. I know it's hard but she needs to be strong.
