DRINK MORE!

السلام عليكم

A GOOD TIME TO DRINK A WATER

1. WAKE UP ON THE MORNING
Take two glass of plain water and drink it slowly. It's good for our immunization of body because on our mouth got a good enzyme and will snoothen the digestive prosess.

2. BEFORE EAT
Make as a routine everyday drink 1 glass plain water 30 minute before eat something, it's good for stomach care and diet.

3. BEFORE GET SHOWER
Take one glass of plain water before get shower, it's good for avoid hipper tension, high blood pressure and make we feel more relaxing.

4. BEFORE SLEEP
Take one glass of plain water one hour before sleep good for avoid heart attack problem and asthma. Don't sleep immediately after drink, it's will cause eye-bag.
